- The national airport is not at Manzini. King Mswati III International stands at Sikhuphe in the Lubombo region, 50 km from the country's largest city, on a site of about 3,591 hectares declared a Special Economic Zone.
- Matsapha, 10 km west of Manzini, was the commercial airport until the civil aviation authority required Airlink to stop flying there on 29 September 2014. It now takes government, royal and mercy flights only.
- Eswatini Railways runs 301 km of track and carries freight only. There is no passenger train, so the road is the whole network.
