- Cork Airport is only about 6.5 km south of the city centre, at Farmers Cross - one of the shortest airport-to-city hops in Ireland.
- Bus Eireann routes 225 and 226 link the airport to Parnell Place bus station and Kent railway station every 30 minutes on weekdays but only hourly on Sundays and public holidays.
