- Züge ab der Station Manchester Airport erreichen Manchester Piccadilly in etwa 20 Minuten und fahren alle 10 Minuten, an sieben Tagen der Woche.
- Straßenbahnen von Metrolink fahren alle 12 Minuten direkt vom Manchester Airport nach Victoria im Stadtzentrum; die Airport Line wurde am 3. November 2014 eröffnet und verläuft auf eigenem Gleiskörper an der Oberfläche mit kurzen Straßenabschnitten statt in Tunneln.
- Die eigene Website des Manchester Airport verkauft eSIMs über eine Partnerschaft mit CELITECH und erwähnt nicht, dass am Flughafen physische SIM Karten verkauft werden.
- Das kostenlose WLAN des Flughafens ist nach dem staatlich unterstützten Standard Friendly WiFi gefiltert, im Flughafennetz sind also manche Seiten gesperrt, obwohl sie über eine Mobilfunk oder eSIM Verbindung normal laden.

- The airport's rail, tram and bus hub, The Station, sits between Terminals 2 and 3 and is open 24 hours. Expect a 5 to 15 minute walk from the terminals along the Skylink walkways.
