Da sapere su Amman
- Queen Alia International is about 30 km south of Amman, so the transfer is a genuine intercity run rather than a city hop; shuttle buses run between the airport and Amman every 30 minutes.
- Amman has no metro. Its rapid transit is a Bus Rapid Transit system, which also runs out to the neighbouring city of Zarqa.
- Amman is served by two airports, so a domestic or regional ticket may not land you at Queen Alia.
- The Sariyah Airport Express stops at the North Station, the Seventh Circle and the arrivals station at Queen Alia International Airport.
- A Sariyah Airport Express ticket costs 3.4 JOD, or 1.75 JOD for employees. Visa payment is accepted. Tickets are sold at the operator offices at the North Station and the airport, or bought directly from the driver.
- Sariyah Airport Express departures from the airport arrivals station start at 6:00 in the morning and the last leaves at 4:00. From the North Complex the first bus is at 6:15 and the last at midnight.
- Greater Amman Municipality agreed with Zain Jordan to set up free wifi hotspots at 15 public locations, among them Rainbow Street, Wakalat Street, Hashemite Square, Al Hussein Park and several cultural centres.
- Greater Amman Municipality says each BRT bus carries 120 to 180 passengers in two or three sections, travels at 35 to 50 km per hour, and gives a corridor capacity of 6,000 to 9,000 passengers an hour.
- Greater Amman Municipality put BRT frequency on the first phase along Queen Rania Street at about three minutes, with an information system announcing bus arrival times.
- The Amman Bus Rapid Transit opened its first route in July 2021 and its second in August 2022. It now runs three routes with 34 stations.

- Orange Jordan sells a visitor eSIM that can be bought online before the trip, so a traveller can be connected on landing rather than queueing at a counter.
- Orange Jordan lists its Visitors line at JD 21.30 including tax. After the initial validity ends the line can be renewed at any time for 7 JD excluding tax, with features valid for 30 days.
