- Der eigene Flugplatz von San Pedro hat nur nationalen Linienverkehr, Tropic Air nach Belize City International, Belize City Municipal, Caye Caulker und Corozal, internationale Ankünfte laufen also über Belize City.
- Ein Linienwassertaxi überquert per Boot eine internationale Grenze und verkehrt zwischen San Pedro und Chetumal in Mexiko, das der Betreiber als etwa anderthalb Stunden entfernt beschreibt.
