- Split 공항은 시내가 아니라 Split 서쪽 약 19 km의 Kastela에 있습니다.
- 공항에는 기차역이 없습니다. 가장 가까운 Kastel Stari 역에는 하루 여덟 번만 다니는 연결 버스로 갑니다.
- 성수기에는 공항과 Split 항구 사이에 쌍동선이 다닙니다. 공항에서 도심까지 바로 이어지는 보기 드문 바닷길입니다.
- Split은 Hvar, Brac, Korcula, Lastovo, Vis로 가는 섬 쌍동선의 출항 항구입니다. 그래서 이후 섬 이동에서 통신을 넘겨받는 지점 노릇도 합니다.
