Mumbai에서 알아두면 좋은 것
- Mumbai 공항 와이파이는 인도 번호뿐 아니라 외국 이동통신 번호로도 OTP를 받을 수 있어서 인도에서는 드문 경우입니다. 문자를 받을 번호가 없으면 안내 데스크나 Wi-Fi Kiosk에서 여권으로 확인합니다.
- Line 3인 Aqua Line은 Mumbai 최초의 전 구간 지하 노선입니다. 남쪽 끝 Cuffe Parade에서 Aarey JVLR까지 33.5 km에 역 27개를 운행합니다.
- Terminal 2 지하철역은 2024년 10월 7일 문을 열었고 지하 약 30 m에 있으며 100 m 육교로 터미널과 이어집니다.
- 공항에 적힌 유심 카운터는 Terminal 2 도착층 Level 2의 Airtel입니다.
- Mumbai Metro는 2014년 6월 8일 개통했고 2026년 4월까지 네 개 노선에서 약 101 km를 운행했습니다.
- The Mumbai One app, launched in October 2025, sells a single ticket valid across 11 operators, including suburban trains, metro lines 1, 2A, 3 and 7, the monorail and BEST buses.
- Mumbai One also shows live delays, alternative routes and estimated arrival times, and includes an SOS button for commuter safety.
- The final stretch of the underground Aqua Line, Acharya Atre Chowk to Cuffe Parade, opened on 8 October 2025, putting Fort, Kala Ghoda, Marine Drive and Nariman Point on the same line as the airport's Terminal 2 station.
- Navi Mumbai International Airport, the region's second international airport, was inaugurated on 8 October 2025. It is planned to handle 90 million passengers a year eventually and to be the first airport in India reached by water taxi.
- Metered auto rickshaws work at both terminals but only in the suburbs, from Borivali to Bandra in the west and up to Sion in the centre. For South Mumbai, take a taxi, app cab or the metro.
- The nearest suburban railway stations are Vile Parle East for the domestic terminal and Andheri East for the international terminal. BEST route 312 runs to Vile Parle and route 321 serves the international terminal.
- Marol Naka, on Metro Line 1 between Versova and Ghatkopar, is the Line 1 station closest to Terminal 2, for connections across the western and eastern suburbs.
