Riga Airport
By day, bus 22 links Riga airport with the centre in about 40 minutes, stopping at Grecinieku iela beside the Old Town and at Autoosta by the international bus station; towards the airport, board at Centrala Stacija or 13. janvara iela.
After bus 22 stops for the night, the N22 night bus runs hourly: from the airport at 00:30, 01:30, 02:30, 03:30 and 04:30, and from the Stacijas laukums stop on Marijas iela on the hour from midnight to 04:00.
Riga's public transport operator Rigas satiksme sells 90 minute tickets and 24 hour, 3 day and 5 day tickets, and also lets passengers pay for trips with a smartphone.
The Riga Unified Ticket covers a single Vivi train journey in zones A to E and then a 90 minute ticket on Rigas satiksme buses, trams and trolleybuses, which saves one euro against buying the two separately.
