在安道爾使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：61 Mbps。這和歐洲的中位數 71 Mbps 差不多。換句話說，在安道爾連網這件事不太會讓你注意到它，而這是好事。

第十百分位是 16 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

抵達安道爾之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在安道爾並連上 Andorra Telecom。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

在安道爾辦當地 SIM 卡

Andorra Telecom 要先看到持有人出示護照或國民身分證，才會開通預付門號。登記表會記下姓名、國籍、可以收信的電子郵件地址，以及所用證件的種類和號碼。未滿 16 歲的人不能自己持有這份合約。

關於安道爾值得知道的事

歐洲的自國用量不會跟著旅客進到 Andorra。roam like at home 制度涵蓋 EU 國家再加上冰島、列支敦斯登、挪威、Moldova 和 Ukraine，而 Andorra 不在其中任何一份名單上。
Andorra splits its emergency numbers by service: 116 for an ambulance, 118 for the fire service, 110 for the police and 112 for mountain rescue, according to UK government travel advice.
Since July 2026, iPhone 14 and later models and the Apple Watch Ultra 3 can reach Andorra's emergency services by satellite where there is no mobile signal or Wi-Fi, for residents and visitors alike. Calling 112 without coverage opens a short on-screen questionnaire, integrated into the national emergency call handling system.
An Andorra Telecom prepaid balance is valid for the period set in the commercial terms, counted from activation. If it lapses and is not topped up within the maximum period, the line is cancelled automatically and the number is lost. Andorra Telecom may change these periods.
Andorra Telecom's prepaid tariffs last 30 days from activation and renew automatically, with an SMS notice, only when the balance covers them. Once the included national data runs out the connection is cut rather than billed, and prices are quoted with IGI, the indirect tax, included.
Equipment approval in Andorra is handled by the operator itself. Under Law 33/2014, Andorra Telecom exercises, by delegation of the Government, the power to approve and verify telecommunications products, and it proposes the national frequency allocation table to the competent ministry.
The general conditions for telecoms service in Andorra are approved by the Government on Andorra Telecom's proposal and must guarantee users a quality service, the right to complain free of charge and the right to take a dispute to the Administration for a decision.
Andorra is preparing a national emergency centre, the future CNE 112. The Minister of Justice and Interior described satellite emergency messaging as a step towards it, and Andorra Telecom points to the heavy year round activity in mountain areas where coverage can be limited.
Andorra Telecom and Civil Protection have jointly developed a new system for sending mass alerts to the population, with commissioning planned for 2027 to strengthen the country's response to emergencies.
