- There is no rail station at the terminal; passengers reach the national rail network by taking the bus to Salzburg Hauptbahnhof.
- The airport's own shop list covers a duty free store, a travel agency, a self-service supermarket, a Relay newsagent and a bank vending machine, and names no mobile operator outlet.
- The airport is only about 3 km from the city centre, so a road transfer is short.
