- Nassau 的機場設有 United States 邊境預先通關：美國移民、海關和農業檢查都在 Nassau 於起飛前完成，因此飛往美國的旅客抵達時算國內旅客。
- 它是 United States 境外第一座提供 TSA PreCheck 註冊和安檢的機場。
- 機場位於 New Providence 島上、Nassau 市中心以西約 16 km，因此進市區要走公路接送，不能步行，也沒有鐵路。
- Ministry of Tourism 與 Cable Bahamas 旗下的 Aliv 於 2025 年四月推出免費 Wi-Fi 網路，西起 Nassau Cruise Port 到 Arawak Cay，東至 Sir Sidney Poitier Bridge。
- 使用 Nassau 市中心 Smart City Wi-Fi 網路的人必須先瀏覽贊助商內容才能取得連線。
- Nassau 的公車當地稱為 jitney，行駛於 Nassau 市中心和 Cable Beach。車資每人約 1.50 元，須自備剛好的零錢，下車時付款。
- 機場計程車到 Nassau 市中心約 36 元，到 Cable Beach 30 元，到 Paradise Island 45 元再加橋樑通行費。費率以兩名乘客計算。不是所有計程車都收信用卡，請先詢問。
- Nassau 市中心和 Paradise Island 之間的水上計程車每人約 7 元，單程約 10 分鐘。Nassau 和 Paradise Island 都靠左行駛。

- Public buses are not allowed to operate inside Lynden Pindling International Airport. Arriving passengers leave by taxi, rental car, ride sharing or a prearranged private shuttle from one of the livery and tour companies based there.
- Guests bound for Sandals Royal Bahamian, Atlantis or Baha Mar can go straight to their hotel's own transport desk in the arrivals terminal, which handles the ride from the airport.
- The airport runs around the clock, but security in the domestic and international terminals opens at 6am and closes at 10pm, while US Departures security and US Customs open at 6am. International passengers are asked to arrive three hours before departure.
