Bengaluru 值得知道的事
- 目前沒有捷運路線到 Bengaluru 機場。從 Hebbal 到 KIAL Terminals 站的 Blue Line（Phase 2B）長 30.09 km，預計 2028 年三月通車。
- 機場位於市區以北約 35 km、Devanahalli 附近，BMTC 的 Vayu Vajra 機場公車路網從最短路線約一小時（KIA-9 到 Kempegowda Bus Station）到最長路線三小時以上都有。
- Namma Metro 絕大部分是高架：83 座車站中只有 8 座在地下，分布在兩段隧道，分別是 Purple Line 上 Cubbon Park 到 Bengaluru City Railway Station（4.8 km），以及 Green Line 上 Sampige Road 到 National College（4.0 km）。
- 除了機場公車還有鐵路可選：Yelahanka 到 Kolar 線上的 Kempegowda International Airport Halt 站於 2020 年啟用，機場營運商並配合列車時刻提供免費接駁車，但列車一週只行駛六天，週日停駛。
- 依 Airtel 針對外國人和觀光客的條款，發給外國人的印度行動門號只在簽證有效日期前有效。
- The Yellow Line, from RV Road to Bommasandra through Electronic City, opened in August 2025 with 16 stations over 19 km, taking the operational metro network past 96 km.
- Namma Metro sells QR tickets through its app and a WhatsApp chatbot on 81055 56677, in English or Kannada. BMRCL says it was the first metro in the world to sell tickets on WhatsApp.
- A metro QR ticket stays valid for the whole day of purchase. Cancel it before entering and the fare is refunded to the original account within seven days, but there is no refund once you pass the gate.
- Day passes give unlimited metro rides for one, three or five days, either on a smart card with a refundable 50 rupee deposit or as a mobile QR pass with no deposit.
- A metro token is valid all day, but if it is not used at the entry gate within 30 minutes of purchase, a 5 rupee administrative fee is added.
- MG Road station was chosen for a TRAI pilot in July 2022 that put 5G small cells at street level, in the concourse, on the platform and along the tracks, making Namma Metro the first metro in India to test 5G.
