Limassolで知っておきたいこと
- Limassol has no airport of its own: Larnaca lies about 60 km northeast and Paphos about 50 km northwest, both roughly an intercity coach ride away.
- Both airports are linked to the city by the Limassol Airport Express, which runs from Chavouzas station rather than from the seafront or old town.
- Limassol handles almost all of Cyprus's passenger boat traffic, so cruise arrivals land here rather than at any airport.
- Cyprus has had no passenger railway since the last train ran on 31 December 1951, so the airport transfer is by road whichever airport you use.
