- Beirut Rafic Hariri is Lebanon's sole commercial airport, so every arrival by air into the country lands here.
- Lebanon's railway system is not in use services ceased during the country's political difficulties so there is no train from the airport or anywhere else.
- The airport buses do not enter the terminal: LCC route 1 and OCFTC routes 7 and 10 stop at the airport roundabout.
- Beirut's public bus system was relaunched in August 2024 and currently runs seven lines, alongside shared service-taxis on fixed routes.
