- Cluj airport has held international status since 1933.
- The public areas of both Cluj airport terminals have cash payment collection machines along with banking and currency exchange services.
- CTP Cluj-Napoca accepts Mastercard and Visa contactless cards issued anywhere in the world on its buses, trolleybuses, trams and electric buses.
- A CTP contactless payment is confirmed by the word APROBAT on the validator's green screen. The machine issues proof of payment, which you keep until you leave the vehicle.
