在孟加拉，28 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在孟加拉使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：28 Mbps。這低於亞洲的中位數 43.9 Mbps，所以先把它算進行程裡，別到了現場才意外。

第十百分位是 6 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

地圖、通訊軟體、叫車和支付 app 都跑得動。視訊通話接得上，但畫質會降；串流建議固定在標準畫質，不要放著自動調整。筆電熱點適合收信和文書，不適合開會通話。

你會連上哪些電信網路

孟加拉的 5G：僅 4G。基站配置良好的 4G 可以輕鬆勝過壅塞的 5G，所以上面那個數字是傳輸速率，而不是網路世代。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在孟加拉，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

抵達孟加拉之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在孟加拉並連上 Grameenphone。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

在孟加拉受限的服務

Foreign phones on a local SIM: Bangladesh's device register tells foreign visitors to register their phone through its special registration process if they intend to use it with a local SIM for more than 30 days. Passport, visa, entry stamp and a foreign purchase invoice are among the documents it can ask for.
Tourist SIM: Grameenphone's Tourist SIM is sold only against a valid passport and visa, at more than 40 of its service centres and experience centres, as a physical SIM or an eSIM. The SIM itself is free.
Tourist SIM limits: A Grameenphone Tourist SIM can only carry the tourist bundle, with no other data, minute or combo packs, and it cannot be converted into an ordinary Grameenphone SIM.
VPNs: During the July and August 2024 shutdowns Bangladeshi authorities also blocked VPN services, including ProtonVPN, NordVPN and TunnelBear, which made it harder to get around the restrictions, especially between 31 July and 5 August.

關於孟加拉值得知道的事

在 Bangladesh 查詢結果為未登記的手機，可以透過登記系統的入口網站提出裝置登記申請來補正，主管機關會審查並以簡訊回覆。

A Grameenphone Tourist SIM is recycled automatically 30 days after activation. If the visa expires before that, the SIM is switched off right after the visa expiry date.
Bangladesh's National Equipment Identity Register went fully live on 1 January 2026, and every phone already active on a network at that point was registered automatically.
Between 15 July and 5 August 2024 Bangladesh went through two full national internet blackouts, from 18 to 23 July and on 5 August, plus throttling and blocking of social media and messaging apps. It was the longest shutdown in the country's history.
Grameenphone said it was told to shut down its 3G and 4G networks from 17 July 2024, which left its customers with 2G service limited to voice calls and SMS.
In December 2025 Bangladesh's Advisory Council approved an ordinance amending the telecommunication law, after which the government can no longer shut down internet services by exercising executive authority.
