Hamburg 值得知道的事
- Hochbahn 表示其 U-Bahn 隧道內仍沒有足夠的 LTE 網路，因此即使車站已接上光纖，列車上仍不提供車內 wifi。
- S1 在 Ohlsdorf 分開。只有前三節車廂繼續開往機場，後段改開往 Poppenbuttel。
- 機場的 S-Bahn 車站在地下，可從 Terminals 1 和 2 直接搭電梯或手扶梯抵達，到 2008 年十二月 11 日才啟用。
- Hamburg Airport 於 1911 年一月啟用，是全世界仍在營運中最古老的國際機場。它在 2016 年十一月以 Helmut Schmidt 之名重新命名。

- MobyKlick, the free Wi-Fi network run by willy.tel and wilhelm.tel with the city's support, covers much of the city centre, the Speicherstadt, Hochbahn U-Bahn stations and buses, and the public libraries. One click unlocks four hours of access.
- With over 1,000 public MobyKlick access points on street lamps and parking signs, you can stay online walking from the Jungfernstieg across the Rathausmarkt into the Speicherstadt and the Kontorhaus district. Every access point is fed by fibre.

- Since 17 December 2004 Hochbahn's U-Bahn has run around the clock at weekends and on public holidays. On other nights night buses cover the hours when the trains stop.
- HADAG ferry line 62 belongs to the hvv network and leaves Landungsbruecken pier 3 for Finkenwerder about every 15 minutes between 06:45 and 22:15 on weekdays, calling at the Fischmarkt, Dockland and Neumuehlen/Oevelgoenne on the way.
- Buying single and day tickets in the hvv switch app earns a 7 percent discount, which also applies to upgrades. Season tickets and tourist offers get no online discount.
- Airport buses stop in front of Terminal 1 on the arrivals level. Night bus 606 links the airport with the Hauptbahnhof and the Rathausmarkt, and taxis wait outside both terminals, taking cash or cards.
- Hamburg's culture and tourism tax is a fixed amount per guest and night, set by the net room price. For bookings from 2025 it is 1.20 euros up to 50 euros, 2.40 euros up to 100 and 4.80 euros up to 200.
- The tax falls on the hotel, which may pass it on to the guest but does not have to. It covers stays shorter than two months, and business trips have been taxed since 1 January 2023.
