在希臘，69 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在希臘使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：69 Mbps。這和歐洲的中位數 71 Mbps 差不多。換句話說，在希臘連網這件事不太會讓你注意到它，而這是好事。

第十百分位是 18 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

多數旅客會做的事都夠用：地圖、通訊軟體、視訊通話、高畫質串流，以及開熱點給筆電處理日常工作。但還不到可以隨手上傳一整天 RAW 照片的程度。

你會連上哪些電信網路

在希臘，Orbislo 透過 Cosmote 和 Vodafone 傳送你的流量。你的手機不會被綁在其中一家。當你所在的網路壅塞或斷線時，設定檔會把你換到另一家，過程沒有任何提示，你唯一會察覺到的就是連線一直沒斷。

這件事比檯面上的速度更重要。現在市面上的旅行 eSIM 幾乎都只是把每個國家的單一上游合約轉賣出去，所以那個網路狀況不好的那一小時，你就跟著不好，唯一的辦法是再向別家買第二張 eSIM。背後有多個網路的設定檔，可以替你做一個你永遠不會看到的決定。

希臘的 5G：有，非獨立組網。值得知道的是，旅行設定檔能用 5G 是常態而非特例，真正決定旅程體感的是上面那個第十百分位，不是狀態列上的世代標示。

只接一家電信商的業者，做不到這個切換。

在希臘的上網費用

希臘的 100 MB 方案從 $0.30 起，換算下來每 GB 是 $0.00。比較不同業者時該看的就是這個數字，因為掛在不同流量上的標價其實什麼都說明不了。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在希臘，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

因為不會過期，買希臘的流量最省的方式，是買得比你以為需要的少一點，不夠再加值。加值大約十秒就好，也不用安裝任何東西。買太多在別的地方是昂貴的錯誤，在這裡只是沒差。

抵達希臘之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在希臘並連上 Cosmote。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

希臘各地的涵蓋情形

上面的數字是整個希臘的數字，而全國數字會蓋掉真實的差異。我們另外公布Athens、Santorini、Mykonos 和 Crete的數字，因為首都和海邊小鎮之間的差距，往往比兩個國家之間還大。

離開城市之後，涵蓋情形和世界各地一樣：主要幹道和觀光廊帶訊號良好，進到山區和水上就變薄。沒有任何旅行 eSIM 能改變這件事，因為用的是當地居民同一套實體網路。多網路設定檔能改變的，是你可以使用現場哪一座基地台。

在希臘受限的服務

Anonymous prepaid SIMs: Anonymous prepaid cards were outlawed in 2009. Operators had to cut off every unregistered prepaid line from 30 July 2010, even where the owner had already paid for airtime, and a line can only be switched back on once the holder's identity details are declared.
Calls showing a Greek landline number from abroad: Under a December 2025 decision of the regulator EETT, operators must block incoming calls from abroad that display a Greek landline number beginning +302, a measure aimed at caller ID fraud. Calls forwarded by a user who is abroad still get through, but with the caller's number hidden.

For a private individual the registration record holds full name, father's name, place and date of birth, a photocopy of an identity card or passport, and a tax number where one exists. A foreign national may instead present an equivalent document such as a Greek residence permit.
No Greek mobile line, prepaid or contract, may be activated before the subscriber supplies these identity details. The same check applies when a number is ported from one Greek operator to another.
If someone other than the subscriber will use the line, the subscriber must name that user in the signed declaration. Handing a SIM to a new owner needs a declaration signed by both people, otherwise the original subscriber stays legally responsible for the line.
A subscriber whose phone or SIM is lost or stolen must tell the operator without delay, and the operator is then obliged to cut service on that line at once.
Operators delete a subscriber's identity record one year after the contract ends or the service stops for any reason. After that, the same person must register again with full details before the line can be reactivated.
In border areas a phone with roaming switched on can attach to a neighbouring country's network, which then shows on the screen. The regulator advises switching network selection from automatic to manual and choosing the intended network, to avoid charges from the foreign one.
Greece's 112 emergency number can be called free from a mobile phone even without a SIM card, from a locked handset's start screen, and by SMS or MMS. It runs around the clock and connects police, fire service, ambulance and coastguard.
112 operators in Greece answer in Greek, English and French. If the caller's own network has no signal, the call is carried by any other mobile network covering the area, including through international roaming.
A 112 call or text from an Android phone on version 4.1 or later, or an iPhone on iOS 11.3 or later, sends the handset's location automatically within seconds. Older software gives only an approximate position based on the serving mast.
Warnings about wildfires, storms, snow, earthquakes and industrial accidents go out from 112 as Cell Broadcast messages with a distinctive alarm sound on updated smartphones. Phones sold in Greece since December 2019 have this on by default, so a visitor should check emergency alerts are enabled in the phone's settings.
Anyone without a smartphone can register with the 112 service to get the same alerts by SMS, email or automated voice call for a chosen area. Every alert broadcast is also posted on the official 112 accounts on Facebook and X.
