在瑞士，112 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在瑞士使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：112 Mbps。這明顯高於歐洲的中位數 71 Mbps。

第十百分位是 39 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

你會連上哪些電信網路

這件事比檯面上的速度更重要。現在市面上的旅行 eSIM 幾乎都只是把每個國家的單一上游合約轉賣出去，所以那個網路狀況不好的那一小時，你就跟著不好，唯一的辦法是再向別家買第二張 eSIM。背後有多個網路的設定檔，可以替你做一個你永遠不會看到的決定。

瑞士的 5G：有，獨立組網與非獨立組網皆可。值得知道的是，旅行設定檔能用 5G 是常態而非特例，真正決定旅程體感的是上面那個第十百分位，不是狀態列上的世代標示。

在瑞士的上網費用

瑞士的 100 MB 方案從 $0.30 起，換算下來每 GB 是 $0.00。比較不同業者時該看的就是這個數字，因為掛在不同流量上的標價其實什麼都說明不了。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在瑞士，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

抵達瑞士之後

上面的數字是整個瑞士的數字，而全國數字會蓋掉真實的差異。我們另外公布Zurich、Geneva、Interlaken 和 Zermatt的數字，因為首都和海邊小鎮之間的差距，往往比兩個國家之間還大。

離開城市之後，涵蓋情形和世界各地一樣：主要幹道和觀光廊帶訊號良好，進到山區和水上就變薄。沒有任何旅行 eSIM 能改變這件事，因為用的是當地居民同一套實體網路。多網路設定檔能改變的，是你可以使用現場哪一座基地台。

Before a mobile line is handed over or first activated, the Swiss provider or its reseller must check a passport, identity card or Swiss foreigner's permit valid on that day, and record the holder's name, date of birth, document type and number, nationalities and address.

在瑞士受限的服務

Online gambling: Swiss telecom providers must block access to online gambling that is not licensed in Switzerland and is run by operators based abroad or hiding their location. Two authorities keep the block lists, so many foreign casino and betting sites will not load over a Swiss provider's connection.
Mobile signal boosters: Only a mobile operator, or a firm it has hired, may put a mobile repeater into service. The regulator seizes and usually confiscates a privately run booster it finds, and the person running it faces a fine plus the cost of locating the interference it caused.

關於瑞士值得知道的事

roam like at home 是歐盟和歐洲經濟區各國的規則，並延伸到 Moldova 和 Ukraine。瑞士都不屬於其中，所以歐洲的自國用量到瑞士邊境就停住，這個國家會以不受管制的目的地計費。
瑞士在 2025 年四月 1 日修訂的技術規定涵蓋未經認證的緊急通話，也就是透過非自己業者的網路撥出的通話，讓收得到訊號的基地台全是別人的時候，緊急電話仍然接得通。
從國外帶進來的無線電設備必須先符合瑞士的介面要求，才可以在這裡使用；主管機關同時公布這些要求，以及一份持續更新、可供比對的不符規定裝置清單。
Foreign passports and foreign identity cards are both accepted for a mobile line. The seller must make a clearly legible electronic copy of the original document, and a reseller has three days to pass the details and the copy to the network provider.
For a prepaid line the record must also hold the time of sale or first activation, the name and full address of the shop or activation point, and the name of the employee who registered the customer.
Mobile providers must keep a subscriber's identification details for as long as the customer relationship lasts and for six months after it ends, and must be able to supply them during that time.
112 is the main emergency number and reaches the police emergency centre. It works from a foreign SIM card and from a prepaid phone with no credit left. Police is also 117, the fire service 118, ambulance 144 and poison control 145.
The SBB transport police answer on 0800 117 117. The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs consular helpline is 0800 247 365 from inside Switzerland and +41 800 247 365 from abroad.
When you call an emergency number, your phone's built-in location function may be switched on without your consent, and your location must be identified in real time as far as the technology allows.
Telephone providers must put emergency calls ahead of all other calls, and the licensed mobile networks must also accept emergency contact by real time text, so a caller who cannot speak can type instead.
A provider may temporarily disconnect a customer from the network when that is needed to keep emergency services reachable, and must tell the affected customer at once if it can reach them.
Swiss internet providers must carry data without technically or commercially treating senders, content, services, applications or devices differently. The only exceptions are legal or court orders, network security, a customer's explicit request and temporary, exceptional congestion, and any different treatment must be disclosed.
