在澳門，84 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在澳門使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：84 Mbps。這明顯高於亞洲的中位數 43.9 Mbps。

第十百分位是 24 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

你會連上哪些電信網路

在澳門，Orbislo 透過 CTM 和 China Telecom 傳送你的流量。你的手機不會被綁在其中一家。當你所在的網路壅塞或斷線時，設定檔會把你換到另一家，過程沒有任何提示，你唯一會察覺到的就是連線一直沒斷。

這件事比檯面上的速度更重要。現在市面上的旅行 eSIM 幾乎都只是把每個國家的單一上游合約轉賣出去，所以那個網路狀況不好的那一小時，你就跟著不好，唯一的辦法是再向別家買第二張 eSIM。背後有多個網路的設定檔，可以替你做一個你永遠不會看到的決定。

澳門的 5G：有，非獨立組網。值得知道的是，旅行設定檔能用 5G 是常態而非特例，真正決定旅程體感的是上面那個第十百分位，不是狀態列上的世代標示。

在澳門的上網費用

澳門的 500 MB 方案從 $0.40 起，換算下來每 GB 是 $0.00。比較不同業者時該看的就是這個數字，因為掛在不同流量上的標價其實什麼都說明不了。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在澳門，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

抵達澳門之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在澳門並連上 CTM。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

在澳門受限的服務

Prepaid SIM registration: Macao's Cyber Security Law, Law 13/2019, in force since 22 December 2019, makes operators register every prepaid card to a real name. Cards activated before that date had until 19 April 2020 to be registered, and unregistered prepaid cards lost mobile service on 20 April 2020.
ID at purchase: CTM, the largest operator, requires every buyer of its prepaid cards, visitors included, to present an original identity card or a valid passport so the card can be registered at the point of sale, a requirement it attributes to the Macau Government.
Prepaid card quota: Since 21 November 2025 a person registering prepaid cards with a passport or other travel document may hold no more than 3, while a Macau identity card holder may hold 6. Once the quota is reached, CTM bars any further registration.
False registration: Registering a phone card with false identity details is a criminal matter in Macao. The Public Prosecutions Office warns that the person a card is registered to may face criminal or civil liability if the card is later used for unlawful purposes, so a registered card should stay with its owner.
Lawful interception: A law on the interception and protection of communications took effect in August 2022. With prior authorisation from a judge it allows the authorities to intercept or record telephone and other electronic communications without the parties' consent, and lets police request communication records from social media operators, including those not based in Macao.

關於澳門值得知道的事

澳門的電信法與中國大陸分開自行運作。在 Law 21/2024 的無線電通訊制度下，公眾陸上行動服務用的手機或其他終端設備帶進來時，不需要型式認證、不需要網路或電台執照，也不需要進口許可。
符合經修正的 Chief Executive Order 198/2014 條件的低功率短距離無線電設備同樣不需要任何政府授權、型式認證或持有執照，這正是攜帶無線電或接收機的旅客會碰到的規則。
In December 2020 prosecutors pursued three staff of a local telecom company and one other man suspected of registering at least 210,000 prepaid cards through shell companies and other people's identity details, then passing the cards on. Some reached phone fraud syndicates.
The US State Department's 2023 human rights report found no public reports that the government overtly restricted or disrupted internet access or censored online content in Macao.
The emergency number in Macao is 999, and 110 and 112 are listed alongside it, so a visitor can dial whichever number they know from home. For hospital emergencies, S. Januario Hospital is on 2831 3731 and Kiang Wu Hospital on 2837 1333.
Not every phone can make a VoLTE emergency call in Macao without a SIM card. CTM's compatibility list shows iPhone SE and 6S or later can call without a SIM, while Samsung Galaxy A12, A13 and A14 can only make a VoLTE emergency call with a SIM inserted.
A CTM prepaid card activates with its first call, text or data connection, and an SMS then confirms the number, balance and expiry date. Only a reload extends the expiry date. Buying a data plan does not, and any balance left when the card expires is forfeited.
Under Administrative Regulation 15/2002, a Macao number that its holder stops using is returned and reassigned to someone else. CTM asks prepaid customers to update any website or app registered to the number before they stop using it, which matters for a visitor who received verification codes on it.
