- Cyprus has had no passenger railway since 1951, so Paphos Airport is linked only by road: Pafos Buses routes 612 and 613 to Tombs of the Kings and Karavella stations, plus coaches to other towns.
- Pafos Buses runs two airport routes: 612 from Tombs of the Kings bus station and 613 from Karavella station. Both operate seven days a week, with departures from the airport until around midnight.
- Route 612 threads through the hotel strip on Poseidonos Avenue, with a stop at the Almyra Hotel, before heading out through Geroskipou, Koloni, Acheleia and Timi to the airport.
- Pafos Buses has four main stations: Harbour beside the Kato Paphos archaeological site, Karavella on Andrea Geroudi Street, Tombs of the Kings opposite McDonald's, and Polis in the centre of Polis Chrysochous.
- Paphos drivers sell one-way, daily and night tickets and their half-price versions. Every other ticket type comes only from the information offices at the main bus stations, and the night fare applies after 21:00.
- A paper smart card loaded with four rides can be bought from the driver and allows two transfers within 60 minutes of the first use. It is valid only in the district where it was bought.
- Buses from Polis Chrysochous reach the Baths of Aphrodite, Latchi and, through Droushia, Kathikas and Peyia, Coral Bay, which makes the northwest of the district reachable without a car.
- Route 615 runs from Tombs of the Kings station along the Chloraka to Kissonerga coastal road to Coral Bay, and route 616 continues from Coral Bay through Pegeia to Agios Georgios.
- Route 610 shuttles between the Municipal Market in the town centre and Harbour station in Kato Paphos, while route 618 links Karavella and Tombs of the Kings stations through Kennedy Square.
- From April to November, route 631 runs from Harbour station along the old Paphos to Limassol road, past the Kouklia archaeological site, to Petra tou Romiou.
- Kapnos Airport Shuttle has staff at Paphos Airport selling tickets for cash or card, and runs shared transfers from both Cyprus airports to Nicosia, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Protaras.
- Limassol Airport Express links Paphos Airport with Limassol on coaches with free Wi-Fi, running to timetables built around flight schedules.
- For live arrivals on Paphos routes, Cyprus Bus, the Ministry of Transport's official app, shows when each bus will actually reach your stop.
