在泰國，52 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在泰國使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：52 Mbps。這和亞洲的中位數 43.9 Mbps 差不多。換句話說，在泰國連網這件事不太會讓你注意到它，而這是好事。

第十百分位是 14 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

多數旅客會做的事都夠用：地圖、通訊軟體、視訊通話、高畫質串流，以及開熱點給筆電處理日常工作。但還不到可以隨手上傳一整天 RAW 照片的程度。

你會連上哪些電信網路

在泰國，Orbislo 透過 AIS 和 TrueMove 傳送你的流量。你的手機不會被綁在其中一家。當你所在的網路壅塞或斷線時，設定檔會把你換到另一家，過程沒有任何提示，你唯一會察覺到的就是連線一直沒斷。

這件事比檯面上的速度更重要。現在市面上的旅行 eSIM 幾乎都只是把每個國家的單一上游合約轉賣出去，所以那個網路狀況不好的那一小時，你就跟著不好，唯一的辦法是再向別家買第二張 eSIM。背後有多個網路的設定檔，可以替你做一個你永遠不會看到的決定。

泰國的 5G：有，非獨立組網。值得知道的是，旅行設定檔能用 5G 是常態而非特例，真正決定旅程體感的是上面那個第十百分位，不是狀態列上的世代標示。

只接一家電信商的業者，做不到這個切換。

在泰國的上網費用

泰國的 100 MB 方案從 $0.30 起，換算下來每 GB 是 $0.00。比較不同業者時該看的就是這個數字，因為掛在不同流量上的標價其實什麼都說明不了。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在泰國，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

因為不會過期，買泰國的流量最省的方式，是買得比你以為需要的少一點，不夠再加值。加值大約十秒就好，也不用安裝任何東西。買太多在別的地方是昂貴的錯誤，在這裡只是沒差。

抵達泰國之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在泰國並連上 AIS。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

泰國各地的涵蓋情形

上面的數字是整個泰國的數字，而全國數字會蓋掉真實的差異。我們另外公布Bangkok、Phuket、Chiang Mai、Krabi 和 Pattaya的數字，因為首都和海邊小鎮之間的差距，往往比兩個國家之間還大。

離開城市之後，涵蓋情形和世界各地一樣：主要幹道和觀光廊帶訊號良好，進到山區和水上就變薄。沒有任何旅行 eSIM 能改變這件事，因為用的是當地居民同一套實體網路。多網路設定檔能改變的，是你可以使用現場哪一座基地台。

在泰國辦當地 SIM 卡

依主管機關的規則，觀光客 SIM 卡必須憑有效護照登記，而一位旅客每一個品牌最多只能持有三張 SIM 卡。

在泰國受限的服務

Live face check at SIM registration: Since 18 August 2025 every new Thai SIM, prepaid or postpaid, and every replacement SIM that keeps an existing number is registered with real time facial recognition. Documents must be originals, so a foreign buyer has to present the passport itself.
In-person registration for foreigners: Under an NBTC notification in force since 16 May 2026, a person without Thai nationality registers a SIM in person at an operator branch or authorised dealer, primarily on a passport. Other travel documents are accepted only with additional Thai government papers.
Tourist SIM lifetime: Under NBTC measures published in the Royal Gazette on 29 August 2025, a Thai tourist SIM is valid for at most 60 days and cannot be extended by topping it up. Staying on a Thai tourist number past that point means registering a new SIM.
Drone registration: Every drone, including one kept purely for fun, must be registered with the NBTC within 30 days of entering Thailand or buying it there, even if it is never flown. An unregistered drone can cost 100,000 baht, five years in prison, or both.
Online posts about the monarchy: Criticising the Thai monarchy is a crime under a broadly interpreted law with long prison terms. People have been charged for sharing articles online, and the law covers accusations about any member of the Royal Family, past or present.
Photos posted to social media: Posting images of people drinking alcohol or wearing clothing considered inappropriate can be illegal, and both the person who uploaded them and the people shown can be fined or imprisoned.

關於泰國值得知道的事

以個人名義登記的行動號碼，必須在登記日起 60 天內開通。放得更久，門號就要重做一次身分查核才會通。
觀光客 SIM 卡要在開通後超過 60 天繼續使用，就得再做一次身分確認，方式是免費把護照號碼以簡訊傳到 4444161 並點開回傳的連結，或是親自到門市辦理。
觀光客 SIM 卡一旦到期，服務只有在持有人到門市再次出示護照，或透過業者的客服中心通過查核之後，才會回來。
Incoming international calls on Thai lines now arrive with a warning code, +697 or +698, which operators must add under the NBTC's 2025 anti-fraud rules. Subscribers can choose to block calls carrying these codes.
The same rules let automated text messages come only from registered sender names and oblige operators to check that any link is genuine before the message is delivered. A new SIM must be identity verified within seven days.
Police answer on 191, which also covers ambulance and fire. The direct lines are 1669 for an ambulance and 199 for fire, and the Tourist Police answer on 1155.
The Tourist Police run an app called Thailand Tourist Police that is open to visitors without a Thai SIM card. It carries messages to the police and pushes alerts about natural disasters and safety concerns near the user.
Operators must keep the personal data of every active user for the whole life of the service and for at least 180 days after the contract ends, under the rule that took effect on 16 May 2026.
