在越南，56 Mbps 實際代表什麼

在越南使用 Orbislo 的一般下載速度：56 Mbps。這明顯高於亞洲的中位數 43.9 Mbps。

第十百分位是 13 Mbps。中位數和下限之間有這樣的落差很常見，煩躁也就從這裡來：多數時候很快，在最擁擠的那幾個百分比的時刻明顯變慢，通常發生在尖峰時段的車站和機場。

多數旅客會做的事都夠用：地圖、通訊軟體、視訊通話、高畫質串流，以及開熱點給筆電處理日常工作。但還不到可以隨手上傳一整天 RAW 照片的程度。

你會連上哪些電信網路

在越南，Orbislo 透過 Viettel 和 Vinaphone 傳送你的流量。你的手機不會被綁在其中一家。當你所在的網路壅塞或斷線時，設定檔會把你換到另一家，過程沒有任何提示，你唯一會察覺到的就是連線一直沒斷。

這件事比檯面上的速度更重要。現在市面上的旅行 eSIM 幾乎都只是把每個國家的單一上游合約轉賣出去，所以那個網路狀況不好的那一小時，你就跟著不好，唯一的辦法是再向別家買第二張 eSIM。背後有多個網路的設定檔，可以替你做一個你永遠不會看到的決定。

越南的 5G：部分地區，主要離島與城市。基站配置良好的 4G 可以輕鬆勝過壅塞的 5G，所以上面那個數字是傳輸速率，而不是網路世代。

只接一家電信商的業者，做不到這個切換。

在越南的上網費用

越南的 100 MB 方案從 $0.30 起，換算下來每 GB 是 $0.00。比較不同業者時該看的就是這個數字，因為掛在不同流量上的標價其實什麼都說明不了。

多數業者不太希望你做的比較，是實際用掉的每 GB 成本。針對旅行數據的獨立調查指出，購買的流量中有 20% 到 35% 因為過期而消失，因為第三十天到期的方案會直接刪掉你沒用完的部分。Orbislo 的流量沒有到期日，你付過錢的那一 GB，下一趟旅行還在。同樣的標價，等於多出 25% 到 40% 真正能用的流量；在越南，這代表實際成本比較接近每 GB $0.00，而不是 $0.00。

因為不會過期，買越南的流量最省的方式，是買得比你以為需要的少一點，不夠再加值。加值大約十秒就好，也不用安裝任何東西。買太多在別的地方是昂貴的錯誤，在這裡只是沒差。

抵達越南之後

出發前先在家裡的 WLAN 上安裝。設定檔會在你還有可信任的連線時下載完成，接著就靜靜待著，直到你降落在越南並連上 Viettel。

落地後只有一件事要檢查：Orbislo 這條門號的數據漫遊必須打開。iOS 和 Android 預設都是關閉的，而這裡的漫遊跟資費無關，因為方案是預付的，根本沒有帳單會被灌爆。把 Orbislo 那條打開、原本那條關著，你原本的號碼就能繼續接電話和銀行驗證碼，而且不會產生費用。

越南各地的涵蓋情形

上面的數字是整個越南的數字，而全國數字會蓋掉真實的差異。我們另外公布Hanoi、Ho Chi Minh City、Da Nang 和 Hoi An的數字，因為首都和海邊小鎮之間的差距，往往比兩個國家之間還大。

離開城市之後，涵蓋情形和世界各地一樣：主要幹道和觀光廊帶訊號良好，進到山區和水上就變薄。沒有任何旅行 eSIM 能改變這件事，因為用的是當地居民同一套實體網路。多網路設定檔能改變的，是你可以使用現場哪一座基地台。

在越南辦當地 SIM 卡

電信業者只能服務紀錄資料完整、且與簽約時所出示身分證件相符的用戶。它還必須查核並保存這些資料，並處理任何用戶資訊經查為不完整或不正確的 SIM 卡。

在越南受限的服務

Telegram: On 21 May 2025 the Telecommunications Authority told Vietnamese network operators to block Telegram, after police reported widespread illegal content on its channels and the app failed to notify the authorities of its operation, as required since 2025. Operators had to report their blocking measures by 2 June 2025.
Social media posting: Since 25 December 2024, Decree 147/2024 has required domestic social networks, and foreign platforms with more than 100,000 monthly visits from Vietnam, to verify user accounts with a Vietnamese mobile number, or a personal identification number where the user has none. Only verified accounts may post, comment, livestream or share.

關於越南值得知道的事

除電信法允許的情形外，你不得用自己的身分證件為別人簽署服務合約。以另一位旅客的名義購買門號，是你們兩人的違法行為，不是捷徑。
電信業者被要求停止服務任何違反電信法的用戶，所以業者不需要有商業上的理由，門號一樣可能被切斷。
這裡的緊急電話指的是警察、消防和救護服務的號碼。業者必須公布這些號碼、保證使用者能接通，並且免費承載這些通話。
A foreign national registers a Vietnamese mobile line with a passport that is still valid for use in Vietnam, either under an entry visa or within the maximum stay allowed to visa exempt nationals, or with an electronic identification account.
Registering a line online through an operator's own app is allowed only for the first three numbers on one identity document. If the app cannot verify the subscriber, the line has to be registered in person at an operator shop or an authorised agent.
On each network, the first three prepaid numbers are registered by showing an identity document and signing a subscriber confirmation. A fourth prepaid number or more needs a standard form contract signed at a shop the operator itself runs.
An operator must refuse the contract when the document shown is not an accepted one, is too unclear to be digitised sharply and completely, or carries details that fail to match, or cannot be matched, during verification.
Operators keep each subscriber's record, including a digitised copy of the identity document and a portrait photo stamped with the date and time it was taken, for as long as the line is active and for at least two years after service ends.
Since 15 April 2026 a foreign national's name, date of birth, identification number and face can be checked electronically against the national immigration database. Otherwise registration must happen in person, and for a passport holder the operator must run a video call identity check on every number.
From 15 June 2026, when a Vietnamese line shows up in a different handset, the operator must suspend its outgoing calls and texts within two hours and ask the subscriber to repeat a live face check. Moving a local SIM into another phone interrupts outgoing service until that check is done.
A line suspended after a handset change that is not re-verified within 30 days loses incoming service too, and the operator terminates the contract five days later.
Numbers that foreign nationals had already registered with a passport had to be re-verified within 60 days of 15 April 2026. Lines that were not lost outgoing calls and texts, then all service, and were terminated five days after that.
