- The 925X airport bus takes about 45 to 50 minutes from Aarhus Central Station, and passengers get free Wi-Fi and free coffee on board.
- On the 925X you can pay by chip card, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, China UnionPay and American Express, or with euro, pound, US dollar, Norwegian krone, Swedish krona or Swiss franc notes at the bus company's own exchange rate.
- In the Midttrafik app, the airport fare is the Aarhus Airport ticket under Buy other tickets. Travel cards also work on the 925X, but you must check out when the bus arrives at the airport.
- When a flight is delayed the 925X departure moves with it, and if the flight is cancelled the bus normally is too. Staff announce the bus in the arrivals hall five minutes and three minutes before it leaves.
- Midttrafik's travel guarantee kicks in when the 925X runs more than 20 minutes late against the flight it was planned around, and it pays for a taxi of up to 75 km.
- Midttrafik warns that the 925X times on its website shift with the time zone your device is in, so a phone or laptop still set to home time will show the wrong departure hour.
- Aarhus Airport's terminal opens 90 minutes before the first departure and closes 30 minutes after the last arrival, and staying inside overnight is not allowed.
- GreenMobility electric cars can be taken from Aarhus Airport and left on any street inside the Aarhus City zone. The app finds, reserves and unlocks the car, and you must register first with a driving licence and credit card.
- SmartAarhus is the free Wi-Fi in the city's libraries and other municipal buildings. Visitors log in by SMS, entering a phone number and then the code that arrives. If no login page appears, open any web address to bring it up.
- Aarhus night buses 40 to 46 all start from Park Allé in the centre and fan out to districts such as Mårslet, Gellerup, Tilst, Risskov and Lystrup.
- Flexbus 312 links Aarhus Airport with Ebeltoft, and with Randers through a change at Ryomgård to intercity bus 212, which keeps a fixed timetable rather than following flights.
